Secretary Report:
Dean-k9flo reviewed the minutes from the July 1, 2019 meeting, Recommended for Approval by Chuck-wd9bb seconded by Lyndon-wa9jld approved as read.
Treasurer Report:
Greg-K9GJN gave the treasure report. Motion to approve Treasurers report by Chuck-wd9bb and seconded by Carl-w9bj.
Old Business:
Field Day Review: Brett-k9by: had revisions for the Field day results: 1328 contacts, 5106 points, our third best results for the club and first in the State of WI! Revised States needed to be removed do to logging conflicts, dups: Hi, Virgin Is was removed. Brett-k9by discussed some further refinements (logging, software) we can do for next year’s event. Brett-k9by gave a Field Day, Pie-ride and Ham Radio overview to our visitor.
New Business
Chuck-wd9bb reminded everyone Breakfast Saturday and he needs tower help after Breakfast. Brett-k9by informed everyone of an up-coming ARRL event the 2nd Saturday of September for the historical Harvey House Restaurants (more info at ARRL site). Belvedere (CFMC) ham-fest is Sept 29th, we had an overview of the up-coming ham-fest.

Program
Brett-k9by gave a presentation on how to practically measure your deviation on FM (instead of buying an expensive FM analyzer, service monitor). Brett-k9by found a You-Tube video on what is needed and setting a USB SDR receiver to check FM deviation thru using the appropriate software. Brett-k9by will forward the slides and links for the RTL-SDR presentation.
Dean-k9flo gave presentation on the new LED indicator lamps available for replacement of incandescent indicators and for use in older electronic equipment.
