Secretary Report:

Dean-K9FLO reviewed the minutes from the July 12, 2021, meeting on the web.          Recommended for Approval by Chuck-wd9bb and seconded by Lyndon-wa9jld.

Treasurer Report:

Greg-K9GJN is on vacation.

Old Business:        

Field day total 5248, second best score since 2007, partly do to the increased CW and FT8 contacts.

Brett-k9by thanked everyone for updating all the Field Day photos.     Brett-k9by I did not get a chance to reach out to the Fire Department about resuming in-person meetings.      Will try next week to see if we can have it for our next month’s meeting.

New Business:

Congratulations to Ed-KB9NBP for passing and upgrading to an Extra class!          Ed-kb9nbp is pursuing becoming a VE for the area.    Chuck-wd9bb brought up about having a sabbatical for 2 months, but virtual meetings have changed our meetings.     Dean-k9flo our next month meeting will be on a holiday (Labor Day).   Brett-k9by we could move it out or have virtual.      Dean-k9flo also we have Hamfest at Jefferson on Aug 7, 8am-1pm and BLVD Hamfest will be Sept 26^th.       Brett-k9by hoping to do the BLVD Hamfest and having tables.      Dean-k9flo said Kurt-ke9n said he is planning on having tables inside and if we would be interested in having them together.   Brett-k9by we will need the cost.     Dean-k9flo what do we want to do about the September meeting and suggested we do a virtual meeting September 6^th, so we can plan on what we will be doing for the BLVD Hamfest.      We could take October as a vacation month.     We voted to have a Virtual meeting on September 6^th.      Dean-k9flo if Brett has scheduling issue, we could reschedule the Virtual meeting.        Brett-k9by any thought on a club member event (picnic, xmas party).    None at this time do to low attendance.
