Secretary Report:

Dean-K9FLO reviewed the minutes from the November 2, 2020 meeting on the web.         Recommended for Approval by Greg-k9gjn and seconded by Lyndon-wa9jld.

Treasurer Report:

Greg-K9GJN presented the Treasurers report.     Greg-k9gjn we can now pay our dues by Check or PayPal.     Greg-k9gjn with be forwarding the information on how to pay by PayPal.     A motion to approve the treasurers report was made by Dean-k9flo and seconded by Chuck-wd9bb.

Old Business:        

Brett-k9by no news on pursuing a new club call sign (keep pursuing).      Brett-k9by the FCC is proposing a $50 fee for new, renewal & upgrade, is pending Congress.    Your E-mail address must be on your FCC ULS/License on file with the FCC and mid 2021 no more postal mail.    Fox- Hunt we had two participants which were successful after several hours of hunting.     

New Business:

 Brett-k9by: Dues for 2021 will be collected starting in January and can be paid with cash, check or PayPal (preferred).     Fire Dept baskets for this year, it was agreed to present 3 baskets (one per shift) again this year.     Chuck-wd9bb has volunteered to help Brett-k9by in acquiring the baskets and drop-off.     Brett-k9by winter field-day is scheduled for January 30-31,2021.     Summer ARRL field-day will be June 26-27,2021.     Greg-k9gjn will contact the Janesville FD about reserving the training grounds.     Brett-k9by would like to have a Club Auction to build up our club funds, start collecting your goods for the auction, tentatively in May.      Winter field-day (Jan: 30-31) will likely be done from home QTH if you need help let us know.     Pie Ride will be June 19,2021, Jerrod has reached out to us for help and promised we would receive “Volunteer T-shirts” and vehicle flags.    Brett-k9by said we should make a motion on purchasing of the Baskets for the Beloit Fire Dept: motion was made by Lyndon-wa9jld, seconded Greg-k9gjn approved by all on the video.

Repeater issue: Brett-k9by noticed somebody was leaving the Wires-X node connected after done using.     Reminded everyone when using Wires-X, when done please REMEMBER To disconnect the Node!
