President, Brett, K9BY, called the meeting to order at 7:05 pm.   Attendance was 13.
The Secretary report for January was given by Carl, W9BJ.   The Treasurers Report was given by Al, KC9QQO.    
Old Business:  Brett, K9BY, discussed our new club constitution.  Club Officers were determined after the January club meeting.  Brett Johnson, K9BY, is President and Dave Wendt, N9GQ, is our Vice President.  Club Treasurer is Al, KC9QQO, and Carl, W9BJ, continues as Secretary.   Our Past President is WD9BB, Chuck.   The new club By-Laws will be filed this year with the State of Wisconsin as part of our corporation requirements.
New Business:  A 50-50 Raffle was introduced as a fund raiser.  One ticket for $1 and 5 tickets for $5.  The winner of the pot of $18, was Carl, W9BJ.
Announcements:  Conrad, W9DL, announced that Augie Weber, W9HSQ, of Janesville is deceased (SK).   He was well known in the area and was age 87.
Conrad also passed out plastic Page Protectors as a give-away.   David Rounds, KC9UQD, announced that he had passed the FCC Extra Class license exam.
Greg, K9GJN, announced that the Rock County repeater yearly support donation of $20 is being received.  The funds support both VHF and UHF repeaters.  Donations can be sent to Greg.  New antennas are planned for the Clinton repeaters.   Conrad, W9DL, announced the next Ham Breakfast at Denny's at the Flying J truck stop in South Beloit on Saturday, February 8th at 8:00 am.  Everyone is invited.  He also recommended that we have an informal get-to-gether discussion on the 440 repeater in Clinton.   We need more activity on this repeater.    This would be after the Wednesday, 2-meter net.
Program:  Dave, N9GQ, introduced Computer Applications (Apps) for Amateur Radio.  There are many ham radio programs that are available for smart phones, iPads, and laptops.   Main contributors to the discussion were:  Al, KC9QQO; Conrad, W9DL; and Dave, KC9UQD.  The discussions-presentations lasted for about an hour.   Some application programs were viewed on the projection screens.
Dues for 2014, should be paid to the Treasurer.  The meeting adjourned at 9:00 pm.
