Old Business:

Brett-k9by reviewed our Winter Field Day results.     We had a total of 200 contacts.   Brett-k9by explained how the points were determined (stations, operators, emergency power and environment).     We had two operating positions setup, on emergency power for 25.4 hours: 3.62kwh, Heat (wood) provided by Kurt-ke9n.    We had 200 contacts, 135 multiplier points (multiplier of 5 (2-bands and 3-modes operated)) this is tentative results.    We operated about 15 hours with breaks.    Contacts made:  80m: 33 phone, 40m: 20phone, 20m: 17cw, 21 phone, 10 digital.    We had eleven different operators (Keven-kc9pzi had the most).    Brett-k9by talked about issues with noise and the bandpass filters (Lyndon-wa9jld and Dean-k9flo will investigate).  Recommend we add equipment grounding and replace interconnect cables.     We talked about having additional antennas (160m) and operate on more bands next year.    Brett-k9by had contact with Bill Klemp from the Wisconsin Healthcare Emergency Readiness Coalition (HERC) who is planning a test next month.    He was reached out to the Wisconsin Emergency Management Group on details of setting the SW counties Wisconsin communications system.    They want to use 80M so we need to set up an 80m dipole at the emergency center or at Chucks-wd9bb QTH (temporary dipole).    Kurt-ke9n has a 80m dipole and has offered his location as a test site.   Brett-k9by informed Bill we are onboard with doing this test.    Pretest will be in February.     Looking for suggestions/members to due doing club presentations: Brett-k9by suggested Arduino, raspberry pie, Kurt-ke9n estate planning.
