Old Business:
Brett-k9by we need to discuss a new in-person meeting location. Brett-k9by will reach out to Scott Fry about the ABC location. We still have the Church basement location available and Brian-kd9qvb Beloit library location. The library location we would need to change our meeting start time. We had a discussion on changing meeting start times to 6 or 6:30, being able to reserve a room on the first Monday of each month and having a room available. It was decided since our meetings are in the evenings and on the first Monday of the month we would not have a problem, after looking at the library online schedule. Motion is made to use the Beloit Library as our new meeting location by Greg-k9gjn and seconded by Chuck-wd9bb all in favor all “I” (yes) have it. All in-favor to move the GBARC meeting time to 6:30pm: all “I” (yes), and for 6pm: 1 No vote, new start time will be 6:30pm April 3,2023. Greg-k9gjn will take care of the Library form. Greg-k9gjn and Dean-k9flo will do a pre-meet at the library sometime next week. Brett-k9by suggested we start the Foxhunting this spring and have a prize for the winner. Brett-k9by gave a discussion on the 2-meter Foxhunt. Chuck-wd9bb offered new hunters a ride with to see how it’s done also discussed how to build a tape measure antenna.
