Old Business:  Brett, K9BY, reminded members that the charity Tub Run is Saturday, June 14th from approximately 11:00 am to 4:00 pm.   At least 15 hams are needed to man the checkpoints on the route.   Al, KC9QQO, is the Rock County ARES Coordinator.   Contact him to volunteer you and your handitalkie or mobile 2 meter station.  More details can be found at the ARES/RACES portion of this web site.
As a club, we plan to have a 50th Anniversary QSO Party, Special Event Station, with a club call.  Dave Wendt, N9GQ, will apply for the license and we plan for the event this fall.
The club ARRL Field Day activity was discussed.  Exact details of the main assignments for activities are shown on the 2014 Field Day portion of this web site.  Greg, K9GJN, has purchased a new tent that measures 20 by 40 feet, minus the four sides.  Possibly, all can operate from this tent.  A desire was expressed to operate from a central area.  It was recommended that all operators use head sets.  This will reduce confusion.  Computer logging is again expected.
The order of Band Pass filters for the station transmitters was discussed.  The order for five individual units, 80-10 meters, was placed after the last meeting.  The order is due any day.

It was decided that we will have a vacation this summer, no meeting, and start regular meetings in September.
