President Brett, K9BY, called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm.  Introductions were made; we had 15 members and one guest:  Harold Wisch.
Secretary Carl, W9BJ read and corrected the minutes from February.  Treasurer, Al, KC9QQO gave his Financial Report; it was accepted.  All Financial Reports for 2014 were available and filed.  Dues for 2015 were collected.   (Support ($20) of the Rock County Repeater Association is recommended.   Contact Greg, K9GJN.)
Old Business: President Brett, K9BY, led a discussion of our By-Laws.  The By-Laws were adjusted to have the election process occur during the March and April meetings.   
New Business:  We had nominations for two of five positions on the Board of Directors.  Two  officers will be elected annually.  Carl, W9BJ, and Al, KC9QQO, have served one year terms.  They each volunteered to serve again.  No other names were presented.      
Program:   The Wisconsin QSO Party is Sunday, March 15th.  The ARRL DX SSB Contest is this weekend.   A number of contact were made with the recent DXpedition to Navassa Island, K1N.  The CQ 160 Meter contest was monitored by Doug, W9PN.
A 50/50 raffle was held with Dave, N9GQ, winning $12.   He donated the funds to the club treasury.  A second raffle was won by Brett, K9BY.  He received a new cordless soldering iron and two tickets to the Jefferson Hamfest; Sunday, March 15th. 
Our guest from Clinton, WI, Herold Wisch, present some information about a need of his.  He described some electronic apparatus that he used to heal health problems.  This equipment used a series of tones in the frequency range of 100 to 1000 Hertz.  A short discussion was held about a historical figure, Royal Rife, who was the first person to use tones to destroy disease cells.  More questions than answers were raised about the requirements of the design of suitable equipment.  Microprocessors seemed to be a promising route.
Chuck, WD9BB, described his recent success in a Comedy Players Theater and gave a sample of his dialogue.  He is a long time thespian.  The final performance will be this Saturday, March 7th at 7:00pm, half-price, at the Clinton Middle School.   
Brett, K9BY, Greg, K9GJN, and Al, KC9QQO, attended a meeting at the Beloit Hospital.   They discussed the meeting held Monday, February 16, 2:30-4:00pm at the Beloit Hospital with Barb Kuska.  Three or four staff members would like to become Amateur Radio Operators.   A short discussion was held on hospital communication equipment in Southern Wisconsin and Northern Illinois.
