Secretary Report:

Dean-K9FLO reviewed the minutes from the August 2, 2021, meeting on the web.          Recommended for Approval by Lyndon-wa9jld and seconded by Greg-k9gjn.

Treasurer Report: Greg-K9GJN presented the Treasurers report:   Greg reported the club’s current money balance and the monies paid out.    A motion was made to except the Treasurers report was made by Chuck-wd9bb and seconded by Lyndon-wa9jld.

Old Business:        

Field day final total is 5248.     Brett-k9by is working on getting the Field Day photos loaded.     Brett-k9by reached out to the Fire Department about resuming in-person meetings and they informed us that they are still in lock-down and will probably remain in lock-down for the balance of the year.      Brett-k9by recommend staying on Virtual for the balance of the year unless we look for another location.     Everyone recommended we should stay on Virtual for the rest of the year.     Ed-kb9nbp is still waiting to hear on his VE status.      Brett-k9by after last month meeting Kurt-ke9n contacted me about having the Club buy four inside tables at the CFMC Hamfest in which Kurk-ke9n would use two tables for two silent keys equipment and two for the club.      Brett-k9by because it would require monies for the Club treasury we would have had to bring this up at our last meeting per the requirements of our By-laws.    Brett-k9by decided it would be best not to take Kurt-ke9n up on his offer without having prior membership authorization.      Brett-k9by and Greg-k9gjn will have outdoor tables at the CFMC Hamfest Sunday September 26,2021.    Brad k9bww has some equipment, Andy kd9esm has a box Motorola HTs to try recovering (HT200s & HT600s).
