GBARC meetings COVID 19 Information

In light of the COVID 19 Pandemic, the GBARC Board has decided to suspend in person club meetings until further notice.

In place of in person meeting, GBARC is planning on hosting meetings virtually over the internet.

This means the April 06 monthly club meeting will be held virtually only (no physical meeting location).

To allow club members to prepare using virtual meeting technology, we will be holding test meetings over the next 2 weeks.

We ask that all club members and guests that would like attend the club meetings virtually attend one of the test meeting to get familiar with the technology.

We also plan on opening the virtual meeting room an hour before the meeting starts on April 6 to allow everyone to get logged in.

The tentative schedule of test meetings is as follows:

•     March 31 following 7:00 PM net
•     April 1 following 7:30 PM net
•     April 4 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM

The meeting room can be accessed using any modern web browser on any platform (PC, Mac, Android, iPad etc).

Speakers are required. A microphone is optional but recommended. A webcam is optional.
